This Privacy Policy explains what information GGCart and Codeit (operated by YagiSheep) collect from you, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data — name, email, avatar, and OAuth identifiers from Google or Discord if you use social login.
• Content data — prompts, chats, uploaded files, generated images and videos, and code you save to your projects.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, credits consumed, IP address, browser, and device.
• Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and sync your projects across devices.
• To route prompts and files to third-party AI providers so we can return an answer.
• To detect abuse, fraud, or violations of the Terms.
• To send transactional messages (billing, security). We only send product updates if you opt in.

3. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service uses AI models from third parties (which may vary depending on the model you select). Your prompts and uploaded files are transmitted to those providers to generate a response. We do not sell your data. We select providers with data-processing terms that prohibit training on user prompts unless you opt in.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. With your consent we may use functional, analytics, advertising, and social-media cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with: hosting and backend providers (to run the Service), AI providers (to fulfil requests), payment processors, and law enforcement when legally required. We never sell your data to advertisers.

6. Storage & Retention

Chats, projects, and generated content are stored on your account and are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion.

7. Your Rights

• Access, correct, or export your data from Settings.
• Delete individual chats/projects, or delete your entire account.
• Withdraw cookie consent at any time from the cookie preferences link.
• Contact us to exercise GDPR/CCPA rights (see below).

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, row-level security in our database, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure — never upload highly sensitive data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
