Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GGCart, Codeit, and any related websites, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service") owned and operated by YagiSheep ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Do not generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or intended to defame, harass, or defraud.
  • Do not use the Service to build a competing AI product using our outputs as training data.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models (which may vary depending on the tool or plan you use). AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI output. Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

4. Ownership

Subject to these Terms, you own the prompts you submit and, to the maximum extent permitted by law and the underlying model provider terms, the outputs generated for you. GGCart, Codeit, and all software, branding, and platform code remain the property of YagiSheep.

5. Payments, Credits & Plans

Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Credit costs and plan features may change. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Because AI compute is consumed immediately, purchases of credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once used. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us on Discord within 7 days and we will review your request.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to defraud us. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice via Discord that identifies the work, the infringing URL, your contact information, and a good-faith statement of ownership.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAGISHEEP AND GGCART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
